All abstracts are to be submitted online. The deadline for abstract submission is 5pm 30 July 2008.
Abstracts must be submitted in English and be no longer than 250 words of Body Text. No photographs, pictures, diagrams and tables will be accepted. Scientific symbols will be accepted in the body of the text only not in the title. Full instructions on how to submit your abstract/s are available within this page of the website. The Early Bird Registration fee is available until 5pm 5 September 2008.

The Scientific Program Committee welcomes abstracts on any aspect of Schizophrenia study. Please nominate the topic that is most appropriate when submitting your abstract. This list is a guide only:

Disclosure/ Conflict of Interest
Authors must disclose within the body of their abstract affiliations with sponsoring companies, if applicable.
Confirmation of Receipt of Abstracts
You will be sent an acknowledgement via e-mail to confirm that your abstract has been received. If you do not receive the acknowledgement within three days of your submission, please contact the Conference Secretariat on abstracts@asc08.com
Abstract Presentation
Abstracts will be accepted for 20 minute oral presentations (15 minutes plus 5 minutes discussion or question time), poster presentations and Symposia proposals. Poster authors will be asked to stand by their poster during scheduled poster presentation times. Further presentation instructions will be given at this time.
Publication of Abstracts
Abstracts will be published in a dedicated Conference Abstract Book. A copy of the Abstract Book will be given to all delegates who attend the Conference.
Audio Visual
PowerPoint data projection with single screens will be available in all session rooms. Further information about audio visual equipment will be provided to speakers at a later stage.
Poster Sessions
Each poster selected for presentation at ASC 2008 will be displayed for the full 2 days within the exhibition area. Poster sessions will provide delegates with an opportunity to mingle with new and old colleagues, stimulate their scientific appetite and have a professional interface with industry sponsors.
