Wednesday 22 October 2008 – 5.00pm – 8pm (Registration and Welcome Supper only)
Thursday 23 October 8.30am – 5.30pm
Friday 24 October 8.30am – 5.30pm

Coach Transfers
Coach transfers to the ASC Conference in Lorne will depart from the Melbourne Convention Centre on Wednesday 22nd October at 4:30pm, 5:30pm and 6:30pm. Please ensure you have indicated on your registration, what time you would like to depart.
Return coach transfers will leave Lorne promptly at 5:30pm on Friday 24th October and return to the Melbourne Convention Centre around 8:00pm and will arrive at the Tullamarine Airport around 8:30pm. Please ensure you have indicated your destination preference to the Conference Secretariat.
The price of a return transfer is $75.00.

All Registration Fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax.
Method of Payment
Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received in full. Payments can be made via the following methods:- Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club
- Personal or Company Cheque (Australian delegates only) and made payable to: ASC08
- Bank drafts and International Money Orders should be in Australian dollars, drawn on an Australian Bank and made payable to ASC08. Please fax a copy to +61 3 9682 0344
- Bank transfer (Australian delegates only). Bank details will be supplied on your tax Invoice if requested. Please fax transfer receipt to +61 3 9682 0344
Cancellation of Registration
Deadline: Friday 26 September 2008
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 26 September 2008 will receive a refund less a AUD100 administration fee. Cancellations received after 26 September 2008 will not receive a refund. The committee will consider cancellations of registration under exceptional circumstances. Refunds will not be granted on failure of visa application however, substitute delegates will be accepted.
